AZS Conformity Certificate

The Conformity Assessment Department operates as a structural division of the Azerbaijan Institute of Standardization and was accredited on July 14, 2017, in accordance with ISO/IEC 17065 requirements as a certification body for products, works, and services. The department carries out its activities in line with international best practices and national regulations.

In accordance with the National Certification System, the department provides certification services for domestically produced, imported, and exported food, agricultural, and industrial products, as well as various service sectors. These activities help ensure the quality and safety of products and services.

Conformity assessment is the process of determining whether products, services, processes, or management systems comply with applicable standards and regulatory requirements. This process helps ensure that consumers receive reliable and high-quality products and services.

Assessment and certification activities are conducted based on the principles of objectivity, transparency, independence, and impartiality. Accredited conformity assessment bodies issue certificates of conformity to products and services that successfully meet the required criteria.
