MSDS Label

MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), now commonly referred to as a Safety Data Sheet (SDS), is a document that provides detailed information about the hazards, handling, storage, transportation, and safe use of chemical substances. An MSDS label is a simplified representation of critical safety information taken from the Safety Data Sheet and displayed directly on a product's packaging. These documents must be supplied by manufacturers, importers, or distributors.

MSDS labels and SDS documents must comply with national regulations and internationally accepted chemical classification systems such as GHS (Globally Harmonized System). Proper labeling of hazardous substances is a legal requirement and a critical component of workplace health and safety management.
